A careers page that Google for Jobs can find
Your best candidates start with a search. A clear careers page, with job data Google understands, puts your roles where they look.

Before a candidate applies, they search. They type a role and a city into Google, and a panel of jobs appears above the usual results. That panel is Google for Jobs, and it is fed by structured data on pages like your careers page.
If your roles live in a PDF, a social post or a page Google cannot read, you are invisible in that panel.
What Google needs from a job page
- One page per job, with its own address.
- A clear title, location and description.
- Structured data that says: this is a job posting, here is the employer, the place and the date posted.
- A way to apply that works on a phone.
Write jobs that people search for
Use the title people actually type: 'Accountant', not 'Numbers Wizard'. Put the city in the page, say whether the role is on site or remote, and keep the description to what the person will do and what you need.
Make applying short
Every extra field costs applications. Ask for what you need to take the next step, and collect the rest later in the pipeline.
Navalyst ATS publishes careers pages that are Google for Jobs ready, with each role as its own page and applications flowing into the pipeline. Book a walkthrough to see a careers page built from your open roles.
