What is an ATS?
An applicant tracking system is the home for your hiring: jobs, applications, candidates, interviews, offers and the reporting around them, instead of scattered inboxes and spreadsheets.
How does the AI help, and who stays in control?
The AI parses resumes, scores matches with reasons, summarises candidates, drafts interview questions and flags what needs attention. It suggests; your team approves. It does not reject candidates on its own.
Can candidates apply from a careers page and Google?
Yes. You get a public careers page, and every public job carries Google for Jobs structured data. A job-board feed is also available, though each board has its own registration step.
Which interview tools does it support?
Interviews can be scheduled with Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams links created for you, with interviewer availability and feedback tracking.
Can we send offers and collect signatures?
Yes. Create offers from templates, generate a PDF, and capture signatures in the app. It is an in-app signature flow, not a third-party e-signature service.
